Four cities.
One coverage model.
The coverage model doesn't change from city to city — the same scope definition, escalation thresholds, and 8:30am handover brief, wherever you're based. What differs is proof: London is where the pilots are running today. Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin are where we're actively taking on clients now.
Coverage runs 5:30pm to 9:00am, local city time — not a fixed UK clock shipped elsewhere. A client in Dublin gets the same window relative to their own working day as a client in London.
Proven in one city.
Active in three more.
London
Where Nocturni started, and where the current case studies are running — a car dealership on Full Continuity, a learning platform on Operational. The coverage model was built and tested here first.

Same coverage, same onboarding process, same 8:30am brief. No pilots to show here yet — we'll tell you that honestly rather than imply otherwise.

The same four-stage onboarding — scope, process, escalation, review — applies here exactly as it does in London. Reach out and we'll walk through what coverage would look like for your business.
Enquire about BirminghamDublin
Our first market outside the UK. Coverage runs on Irish local time, and everything else — scope, escalation, the morning brief — stays the same as it is anywhere else we work.

Wherever you're based, the question is the same. We'll tell you honestly whether we're the right fit.
